ZD Winbench99 Disk Winmarks

It is not surprising that most the benchmark results obtain in both application based benchmarks depends a lot on the disk performance of the test system. Winbench99 Disk Winmarks provides us with a better view on it's impact on overall system performance.

A high score of 23200 / 37100 is obtained using the latest SIS IDE drivers version 2.01.02. Although the benchmarks shows impressive scores, the CCWS and BWS scores does not seem to benefit from it. This is really strange and I have a feeling it is the drivers and BIOS issues that deter the performance.
