Memory Benchmarks

SiSoft Sandra 2002

The infamous SiSoft Sandra 2002 is used to test out the memory benchmarks. All the systems are tweak to it's maximum possible settings of CAS 2, 2-2-5.

The chart below compares the memory benchmark scores when we run the boards at various CPU/Memory Freq Ratio at DDR333 at CAS 2, 2-2-5 as indicated in the gallery.

The FSB registers a value of 133.39Mhz on WCPUID.

From the results, it can be seen that when SiS 648 boards are run at DDR400 mode, the memory benchmark results shows the difference. A 14% difference is registered.

Comparing the Memory benchmarks, the GA-8SG667 is on the average among the SiS 648 boards. The P4T533 RIMM4200 solution still gives the best scores.
