ZD Winbench99 Disk Winmarks

It is not surprising that most the benchmark results obtain in both application based benchmarks depends a lot on the disk performance of the test system. Winbench99 Disk Winmarks provides us with a better view on it's impact on overall system performance.

As we already know, the disk performance affects the overall score of the Business Winstone2001 and CC Winstone 2002. Gigabyte 8IEXP scores 14500/29600. which is definitely much higher than average. Indeed, 8IEXP is very good in disk performance but Intel D845GBV (i845G) board seems to run faster. SiS645DX based boards are not as fast the Intel platforms.
