This FAQ is also applicable for those who are having similar problems on other boards. 1.?Introduction: 2.?PSU Rating Defined: 3.?What is the best brand PSU? 4.?My PSU is on the AMD Recommended/Approved list; do I still need a new PSU? 5.?Why is the +3.3V and +5.0V rail output so important? 6.?What about the +12V amp rating??Isn’t this important too? 7.?My system worked perfectly for almost a week but now it’s showing symptoms of a low powered PSU, could it be possible my PSU is underpowered? 8.?How can I tell my PSU is underpowered? 9.?But my bios or MBM readings on the +3.3V and +5.0V rails are within the ATX spec of +/-5%, yet my system fails to boot when all peripherals are connected.?I can only boot after pushing the reset button.? Why? 10. My PSU has an input power rating of 115V/60Hz; can I use it with a 220V/50Hz power? 11. When I turn on my system, the LED’s will come on for a second and then it totally shuts of with no indication of power.?
