Benchmarking

Quake 3 Demo 001

The test is done based on Q3 Demo 001 at 1024x768x32. The board is run in CAS 2, 2-2-5 aggressive timings. We can see from the chart that the Chaintech 7NJS does perform very well in a dual channel setup. When we use a stick of 512M, the result dip to around 227fps. There is certainly a good boost in performance when the system is running in SYNC mode. Just imagine when you run it at 166Mhz or 200Mhz (overclocked). Some earlier chipsets have this problem too.

3Dmark2001 SE Build 330

In 3DMark2001SE benchmarks, a nice boost again in dual channel ddr setup with a score of 11272 leading all the rest.
