Quake 3 Demo 001

Quake3 is a well known game and it has been well accepted as a defacto benchmarking software for testing gaming performance. In this test, we benchmarked the Demo001 at 800x600x32 (Hi Quality) and discovered some interesting results.

A look at the results shows that the RAMBUS boards doesn't seem to be very well tuned for Quake3. If you notice, some of the Intel DDR chipsets performs better. The P4T533 and Intel D850EMD2 seems to have a lower than average score.
